FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is the @cosme ranking calculated?

@cosme does not publish its ranking formula, and the criteria change from time to time. What is visible publicly is that review volume, ratings, the posting member's activity history and @cosme's own tallies all feed into it. Rather than promise a formula, VIVID BRIDGE designs seeding so that quality reviews accumulate in the first weeks after launch.

How many reviewers should a seeding campaign reach?

For a new product we recommend sending samples to at least 200 to 500 micro and nano reviewers. In our own operating experience, a product starts getting noticed in search and rankings once 50 to 100 reviews have accumulated — that is a working rule of thumb, not a threshold the platform guarantees.

Can reviews from a seeding campaign be reused elsewhere?

User-generated content covered by a prior consent to secondary use can be reused in ad creative, marketplace detail pages and social content. VIVID BRIDGE secures that consent at the seeding stage and archives the collected content so it stays usable.

What is the difference between seeding and influencer marketing?

Seeding distributes product to a large number of ordinary consumers and nano reviewers to generate reviews and UGC. Influencer marketing uses creators with reach to build awareness. Running both gives you social proof and reach at the same time.
